According to the RFCL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024 Notification
released by Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited on 14 February
2024, recruitment will be done on various posts of Management Trainee. The
selection process for the post of RFCL Management Trainee will be
done on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT), Personal Interview, Final
Merit List. Selected candidates will get basic pay from the department as

RFCL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024 Eligibility
Candidates applying for Management Trainee posts of
RFCL Recruitment 2024 should have engineering degree in
B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. in Chemical or Electrical or Mechanical or Information
Technology from any recognized university in India. Candidates having degree
in Law (LLB) or MBA or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university can
apply online for these posts.
RFCL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
According to the Notification officially Released by RFCL, the age limit of
the candidates to submit RFCL Management Trainee Online Form is minimum 18
years and maximum age limit of Engineer Graduate candidates is 25 years and
maximum age limit of MBA, Post Graduate candidates is 29 years. Cut-off date
has been fixed as 29 February 2024.

RFCL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024 Application Fee
General, OBC, EWS category candidates have to deposit application fee of
₹700 through online mode whereas SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen, Persons with
disabilities candidates are not required to deposit the application fee,
they are exempted from the application fee.
RFCL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Selection for Management Trainee posts will be done by RFCL department on
the basis of Computer Based Test, Personal Interview, Final Selection i.e.
Merit List. Computer Based Test (CBT) will be conducted for 80 marks and
Personal Interview will be conducted for 20 marks, merit list will be
prepared on the basis of 100 marks.
